2 Thessalonians: Enduring in Light of Jesus' Return

The book of 2 Thessalonians continues the message given to the Thessalonian church. Despite Paul, Timothy, and Silas’ first letter, there continued to be confusion about the return of Christ. To that end, the writers give us three major themes that speak to the coming Lord and how to endure the days ahead. We will explore the topics of persecution and hope, the day of the Lord, and idleness across this book. In light of the times we live in, this letter will have immediate application both to the church and to individual Christians trying to endure what is before us.
